We’re changing how investors build portfolios of properties and privately-owned businesses. One of our objectives has been to allow people to align their investments with their values and passions. For some, it is about getting a good return with minimal risk. For others it is about connecting with others, or knowing where their money is going. We’ve made it easy to access a range of return types and themes. We also wanted to bring some simple but innovative solutions to each of the sectors we focus on. In the property market, by enabling broader, more liquid ownership of housing, we can significantly enhance the experience of homebuyers, landlords and property developers. In the business finance market, by blending borrowing with product promotion campaigns, we’re turning fundraising into a powerful business development exercise. It has taken several years of research, customer interaction, designing, coding and testing to get our platform ready to launch. It’s just the beginning of our journey, however. We’re planning to roll out some great functionality in the coming months, and hope to make a real difference along the way.
