Elizabeth has extensive experience of leadership within private sector organisations nationally and internationally, and latterly public and third sector organisations within arts and social enterprises. She provides executive search and strategic consultancy for professional service firms, IT and telecommunications businesses, operating at partner and chief executive level. Experienced in researching, developing and delivering diversity and leadership programmes for higher and further education, Elizabeth is passionate about facilitating knowledge exchange between sectors, and places particular emphasis upon achieving the cultural and commercial benefits of creative and sensitive organisational change. She has a degree from the Open University majoring in Psychology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Psychology from The University of Manchester.
