Frank Krieger is iland’s Director of Compliance bringing to the organization over 18 years of IT and Compliance background. Serving six years with the US Army and a graduate of Northern Michigan University’s Walker L. Cisler College of Business. Frank brings an agile and disciplined deep experience in enterprise IT Services, Operations, Governance and Compliance. Frank holds an ITIL v2011 Expert certification as well as a deep Six Sigma and SDLC background. Frank has been actively worked to bridge business and IT needs while ensuring regulatory adherence with operational and service delivery. Frank is regular contributor to publications and articles on ITIL, Compliance and IT Services contributing often working with iland’s CTO Justin Giardina, most recently to address regulatory changes to US/EU Safe Harbor provisions and addressing the compliance and security requirements. Frank lives in Houston with his awesome wife, Jacque and over-hyper corgi Handsome Clive Copper.
