Glen is the founder and CEO of Affectv. He is responsible for Affectv's overall strategy and vision. “Our purpose is to help improve the internet by making advertising more relevant for people,” he says. “It’s great to be surrounded by an exceptionally talented team focussed on making this a reality.” Glen was the 1st employee at Struq, the UK’s first Personalised Retargeting company, and helped in its growth from start-up to high growth pan-euro business. He also held positions at TradeDoubler (TRAD.ST) and Dennis Publishing. In 2013, Startups included Glen in their annual ‘30 Under 30’ list of entrepreneurs to watch.
