Guy is the Tax Investigations Manager at Abbey Tax Protection. He joined Abbey Tax in March 2003, after having previously worked for HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) for 15 years, most latterly as a Tax Inspector. Guy represents individuals, sole traders, partnerships and companies who are under investigation with HMRC, as well as accountancy practices classed as High Volume Agents or targeted by HMRC under the Tax Agent Initiative. In addition to his work with Abbey Tax, Guy is also a Consultant Editor and Author of the Personal Tax module of Tolley Guidance. He proof reads technical articles by fellow tax professionals, as well as writes guidance notes on a wide variety of topics.
