Based in York but originally from South Shields. Originally worked for the Shields Gazette. Appointed first ever PR Manager for the MetroCentre in 1989 where I spent seven very good years. Have since worked in cable television, for utilities and was PR Manager at Morrisons Supermarkets when they bought out Safeway. Joined Benenden Healthcare in February 2008. Appointed Head of Communications in January 2013. Despite being away from the region for a number of years, the North East is still a major draw .
