Steve has worked within the software industry for over 20 years focusing on Customer Service within contact centre, CRM, Knowledge Management and Mobile Workforce Management sectors. For the past seven years he has held different leadership positions at ClickSoftware working with companies, enabling them to leverage AI within decision support and service delivery applications to innovate their service delivery operations. These transformation programs have enabled ClickSoftware’s customers to improve the quality of service they deliver to their end customers, whilst increasing their own corporate sustainability through increasing operational efficiency that reduces both operational expenditure and the impact their operation has on the environment through lower carbon emissions and reduced material supplies.
