He has worked with many well-known clients including the Institute of Directors, CBI, Association for Project Management, British Institute of Facilities Management, The Recruitment & Employment Confederation, Institute of Financial Advisors, Bar Council of England and Wales, Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, Chartered Institute of Public Relations as well as a wide range of Royal Colleges. With specialist expertise in online engagement and self-service, alongside ERP, CRM, business process automation and integration, Steve understands the intricate requirements of professional services firms, from reducing risk and cash flow optimisation through project costing to time and expense tracking, resource scheduling and utilization issues. Responsible for the direction of the product roadmap, Steve will ensure it remains relevant to the sector and that all new products are integrated leveraging any investment made by new and existing professional services clients. Steve and his team will be working closely with customers to ensure that Access solutions continue to be the best fit for mid-market organisations and help customers to maximize the investment in their solutions. Steve holds a degree in English from the University of Warwick and was also recognized at the American Society of Association Executives and Communicators in Business for his work in online communications and engagement.
