‘Leading’ Manchester based lifestyle media company expands with five new hires
Manchester’s Finest Group, a ‘leading name’ in lifestyle media across Greater Manchester, announces the appointment of five professionals to its growing team.
Ben Arnold, an experienced senior writer, joins from Manchester Evening News, bringing with him an understanding of the local hospitality landscape and a wealth of experience in leading multi-platform content projects.
Ben has previously worked for the likes of The Guardian, Yahoo! News, ShortList and FHM, as well as providing bespoke editorial content for high profile clients like Channel 4, Virgin Music and Sony BMG. He will be overseeing Manchester’s Finest editorial well as working on wider-ranging content strategy for the Finest brand.
Emily Kemp is one of two new Account Manager hires. She brings expertise from WRG, showcasing a proven track record in account management and extensive previous experience in events. Emily will play a ‘pivotal’ role in nurturing client relationships and executing campaigns.
Carly Spencer, an experienced Account Manager from London’s W Communications, will add valuable strategic insight to our Account Management team. Carly has a diverse background in large scale activations and ad campaigns for global FMCG brands.
Natalie Rees joins the team in a new role for the group as an Editorial Executive. Also joining us from the Manchester Evening News, Natalie honed her skills in both lifestyle editorial and social media content creation under the City Life brand. She will oversee and expand Finest’s new events listings coverage across Greater Manchester.
Finally, Benjamin Weiss, our new Partnership Sales Executive, joined earlier this summer and has taken charge of selling our recently launched ‘Places’ business directory. He brings a wealth of experience in sales from previous roles at Wavze, PHMG and Neuron Pro Audio to spearhead this innovative initiative.
James Barker, Director at Manchester’s Finest Group, commented: “We are delighted to welcome Ben, Emily, Carly, Natalie, and Benjamin to Manchester’s Finest Group.
“Their expertise and passion will undoubtedly play a key role in supporting our group’s continuous growth, enhancing our capabilities, and further elevating the exceptional services we provide to our clients.
“These strategic hires underscore Manchester’s Finest Group’s dedication to investing in top tier talent, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality of service, and reinforcing our position as a leader in lifestyle media.”
