Sarnie that helps you lose pounds
A McDonald sandwich has been created that will set you back £85. The sarnie is cheekily named after its creator Scott McDonald, chef at London Department Store Selfridges. The Sunday Telegraph reports that the whopper of a sandwich is made from rare Wagyu beef, fresh Lobe foie gras, black truffle mayonnaise, brie de meaux, roquet, red pepper and mustard confit and English plum tomatoes. According to chef Giorgio Locatelli, the sandwich is: “tangy, sweet… a monster mouthful that would be a really sexy love food to share with a lover. The beef simply melts, it falls apart. I’m impressed.” Five advance orders have so far been taken for the McDonald.
