North East businesses set to Sparkle thanks to new venture
A new service has been launched which aims to help business leaders across the North East harness people power to drive through the uncertain times ahead.
Durham-based Sparkle People & Development has been set up by entrepreneur Rebecca Armstrong to enable large, small and medium businesses to unlock the untapped potential of their team members and to help individuals achieve their career ambitions.
The company, which also provides coaching worldwide via Skype, works within organisations to help them bring about changes that will put them on track for success, covering a range of key areas including sales, learning and development, leadership and management and human resources.
Ms Armstrong, who heads up the business alongside a team of trusted associates that are all leading experts in their respective fields, said: “We concentrate on delivering a return on investment for companies, so our services aren’t a cost but a benefit to the business.
“We work with business owners to create something that is truly unique to them and completely fits their organisation and is connected to their day-to-day duties.
“We focus on creating independence within companies so they can continue to deliver and live the changes long after we have finished working with them.
“We work with individuals on a one-to-one basis and partner throughout, but we don’t create dependence on us – that’s one of the most frustrating things I have seen having worked with other suppliers in previous roles. We empower the organisation.”
In terms of sales coaching, Sparkle works closely with companies to analyse their human resources department and recruitment method for sales people and their subsequent training programmes.
The firm can help develop innovative learning approaches to increase conversion rates through a range of disciplines including cold calling, reaction selling, up selling or face to face sales pitches.
