North East accountancy firm opens London office
A Newcastle based accountancy firm has expanded its business opening a new office in central London and creating 4 new jobs.
Qubic has opened the offices in The Gherkin building on St Mary’s Axe.
It is expected Qubic will add more to the team, both in London and Newcastle, in the near future.
Cathy Rouse, director at Qubic’s Newcastle office, said: “We have a strong client base in the South East and the move to open a dedicated London office will help cement our growth plans in the capital.
“It’s an esteemed location and serves as a real statement about our intentions to grow our operations.”
Working closely with Qubic is MH Legal, the North East-based solicitor practice which assists Qubic with property transactions and trust deeds, as well as helping them with the legal aspects of the expansion.
Andrew Simpson, director of MH Legal limited, said: “We have been working with Qubic since they formed in early 2008 and we have established a close working relationship.
“We’re really pleased that they’ve taken us on board to continue work sourced at their new London office and I’m sure the new office will be a success. “
