Creating an innovative solution for kitchen manufacturer, Magnet which has been built around user friendly software, has allowed Magnet to understand issue’s and control them; in one area or multiple areas of their business.

Easy to Implement

The software was supplied electronically and used on a dedicated laptop which could be used across the line. The implementation, eridicated the need for it to be placed on a server, and allowed multiple users to access the software immediately.

Easy to use

The set up of the software was implemented on a single line, with minimal training. Our software is developed with a “point and click” approach. This allowed Magnet to continue with normal business, without the need to spend time on trianing.

Features and Functions

A bespoke system allows the business to identify areas of concern and track over periods of time. The software was developed from the ground up with consultation until the software went live. Magnet can control the name of the line, area, and even individually identify components of the line.

Detailed Reporting

Detailed reports for associated costs, time, frequency and trends are available and can be selcted by line, time, date or issue. Allowing the data to be tracked by day, week, month, year or even lifetime.

Results

By identifying associated costs such as waste, downtime and Health and Safety issues, our software has highlight areas for improvement. Resulting in bottom line benefits for the business.
