NE software company gets business minds fit for 2012

While everyone is talking about toning up and detoxing their bodies – what about the business mind?

North East based software development company, i-snapshot, have partnered with other leading experts in leadership and management to deliver a revolutionary professional development one day programme called “The Game”.

The one day event will help business leaders – particularlythose in a sales environment - gain a fit and healthy outlook to drive their teams to success.

Ideal for MDs, Sales Directors and sales leaders “The Game” aims to get the minds of the individuals participating focussed and ready for the start of the financial year.

Alan Timothy, CEO of i-snapshot and visiting Fellow to the business school at Teesside University tells us;

“The Game is an event that will help leaders of sales forces discover how they can manage more scientifically by using data and information more effectively to provide a positive impact on their company’s bottom line.

What is different about the session, is that we will be presenting delegates with ’real life’ information, and they have to make choices throughout the session as they would do in the ’real world’

This is a great way to get people focussed and thinking about what they can do differently in 2012 which will make a difference.“

The Game will help delegates develop skills and knowledge that they can take and implement into their own environments.

Peter Michie, Founder of PERFORMAX, whose Sales Management Program has helped MDs, Sales Directors and Sales Managers in six countries to be more effective, explains;

“The day will focus on the science of sales management (versus the Art) and will show how focus, data and process can come together to improve sales results!“

Peter continues;

“As the session has ’hands on’ exercises, it will help the delegates understand how to implement the techniques into their own working environment, enabling them to become even better leaders, therefore more successful in growing sales revenues and profits.“

Held in London on 23rd February 2012, The Game is open to anyone, although the session will be suited to those in a senior level in management, particularly in sales.

Patrick Mosimann, Founding Director of PMSI adds;

’Every organisation has its operational challenges but sales-force effectiveness is where the greatest gains are possible. The difference between a good sales strategy and a great one is often the leadership.

The Game is a way to measure capability in making the right decisions and helping sales leaders understand the types of data or insight they really need to make that difference.

It’s also great to see the competitive spirit in the room, as the results from each scenario pitch colleague against colleague in the race to win. It’s not for the feint hearted.’

The Game will take place on 23rd February 2012, starting at 10am at The IOD Building, Pall Mall, London.
