Eliesha find more to Brussels than chocolate
A senior team from Newcastle based training solutions company, Eliesha, have just returned from a highly successful, international Learning and Development skills summit in Brussels. The three day event involved solution exploration discussions and best practice exchanges with HR and Learning and Development Directors from major corporates.
Open - by invitation only - to a carefully selected group of leading training and development professionals, the twelfth successive People Development Summit was held at the Marriott Hotel, Brussels from the 14-16 March 2012. With a busy schedule of 21 meetings over the two and a half days, Tony Cunningham and Theo Theobald of Eliesha had little time to sample the French & Flemish influences, famed institutions, museums and architecture that the city has to offer. Instead, it was straight in to business with delegates keen to meet and to learn how Eliesha’s experience designing and delivering Learning and Development solutions with some of the UK’s largest and complex organisations could be put to use for their own business benefit.
Tony explained, ‘We went to discuss and share our training expertise. It’s our collaborative ethos – we work with clients exploring their challenges in order to discover and develop the best possible solution to requirements. Our uniqueness relates to our values – in terms of our approach and how we deliver – and our culture – the ‘experience’ we give clients and delegates. As a result, we help to achieve the best possible delegate outcomes and business results. We work smart, evaluating everything that we do to help drive evidenced based improvement and ensure we deliver a return on investment. An event like this helps key decision makers to share perspectives on the specific skill challenges faced and exchange views about skill priorities, developments and learning solutions’.
Eliesha is keen and enthusiastic to have similar professional dialogues with organisations and would be pleased to organise discussions upon change and transformation, skill challenges and requirements.
Eliesha, which is based in Newcastle, but delivers nationally, also run a number of different events for businesses across the regions to attend. These range from free one hour, short and sharp ‘bitesize’ sessions to longer, more detailed ‘Master Classes’.
