DWF merge with Buller Jeffries for Midlands strength

Business law firm DWF have announced a merger with insurance specialists Buller Jeffries, in a move to secure the Midlands legal services market.

As specialists in insurance litigation and with experience of dealing with major specialist cases, Buller Jeffries has successfully earned a reputation for managing cases with strategic, sensitive or reputational issues.

As Buller Jeffries becomes formally incorporated into DWF on May 1, the merger is set to reinforce DWF’s presence in Birmingham.

Andrew Leaitherland, Managing Partner at DWF, commented: “This merger with Buller Jeffries represents our latest commitment to our Birmingham offering.

Buller Jeffries was successful in its work with client Zurich, celebrating a major win in the Employers Liability Trigger Litigation in the Supreme Court, a case that will have an big impact on the insurance market.
