Langleys Welcomes New Partner
Langleys Solicitors LLP Langleys Solicitors LLP is pleased to welcome a new partner into the Commercial division of its York office.
Property litigation specialist, Matthew Pugh has over 12 years’ experience advising businesses and individuals on a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes, in particular landlord and tenant matters. He also regularly advises clients on property related professional negligence claims.
Matthew joins Langleys to lead the firm’s property litigation unit, so as to compliment the service already provided to its established client base and to introduce new clients.
Originally from the North West, Matthew has spent most of his career in Leeds and has developed particular expertise advising the owners of licensed premises. He also regularly works with retailers, manufacturers, medical practices, developers, commercial and residential landlords and transport operators
