Tip Three
Ask some great questions
There is no such thing as a dumb question. If you don’t understand something ask and clear it up. Also make sure the customer is taking in what you are saying by summarising and asking them to confirm their understanding. It saves embarrassment further down the line. Also have a list of great of key questions you need answers for from your customer – it ensures you cover everything you need to!
