Endeavour Partnership appoints commercial property solicitor
Teesside law firm, Endeavour Partnership, has appointed solicitor, Nicola Howarth, to join its commercial property team.
Nicola has over 11 years experience in corporate law and commercial property law, having previously worked at Jacksons Law Firm and Archers Law on Teesside. She completed her law degree in 1998 atNorthumbriaUniversityand trained inNewcastlebefore moving to Teesside on qualification in 2000. Nicola advises on a broad range of property transactions, including property sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, wind farms, development work and planning matters.
Simon Wake, managing partner and head of the firm’s commercial property team, comments: “We are delighted to welcome Nicola to Endeavour. She is an experienced solicitor with a wealth of local knowledge which will prove invaluable to our client base.”
