Michele Edis, managing director at Eureka Learning, said: “I am delighted we are sponsoring the 2012 Women in the City Future Leaders Award.

“This year the level of candidate has been exceptional. This is a fantastic opportunity to recognise, support and nurture female talent and discover the next generation of business leaders.”

The Future Leaders Award acknowledges the achievements of potential fast-track women in the early stages of their management career.

“They stood out from a very strong group of candidates, faced a tough judging panel and answered stimulating and insightful questions to get to this stage.

“Previous years’ winners have gone on to achieve career success and many have been promoted within months of winning. I’m certain that these are five women to watch.”
