Investors in People at Pear Tree Projects

North East based organisation, Pear Tree Projects has released a new case study today sharing how Investors in People has helped them to deliver a high quality service to the young people they support.

Describing their Investors in People experience as fulfilling and beneficial, Pear Tree Projects is also an Investors in People Champion – promoting and supporting the framework to other organisations in the region.

Pear Tree Projects was formed in July 1990 and provides highly specialised, residential care and education to young people who are survivors of abuse.

The organisation has developed some unique and market leading techniques for helping and guiding the young people within its care to go on and live positive and fulfilling lives.

With 73 team members, Pear Tree Projects Ltd first achieved Investors in
People accreditation in 2002 and later went on to achieve Investors in People Gold status in 2010.
