Experienced recruitment specialist Byron Beatty and marketing manager Gaia Hudson have both joined the growing team at Drayton Partners following the company’s recent office relocation into City Quadrant – a move which has created necessary space in line with their growth.
Established in 2010, Drayton Partners provides bespoke senior management recruitment solutions and counts high profile brands such as Marks and Spencer, Warburton’s, Boots and Florette amongst its client portfolio.
Rob Seery, partner said: ““The new team members bring a wealth of experience with them to Drayton Partners, as well as a great deal of enthusiasm and energy. We can now offer a dedicated in-house research capability to our customers, and with these new appointments, we are very excited about the future.”
Newly appointed recruitment specialist Byron Beatty has strong links with the local and national business community including working with brands such as Unilever, Phillips and Nike.
Byron joined Drayton Partners from a pan-European recruitment specialist where he spent over five years working with clients in the UK and Benelux markets. Prior to moving in to recruitment Byron worked in industry for major brands including Red Bull and Molson Coors.
Byron, from Morpeth, said: “I’m delighted to have joined the team at Drayton Partners – I am particularly impressed with their approach to client management, depth of industry experience and search capability. It’s an exciting time for the company and I’m thrilled to be a part of it.”
Byron will be working alongside marketing manager Gaia Hudson, from Ryton, who brings a wealth of regional ‘know-how’ to the role. She joins the team from a national marketing firm where she worked for clients across the science, healthcare and energy sectors. Gaia has also worked for extreme sports brand Fox where she helped them develop their client base in the Benelux territories.
Gaia said: “It’s fantastic to be joining Drayton Partners at this important time in the company’s growth. I’m looking forward to raising the firm’s profile and building our marketing presence as well as leading research projects to support our clients.”
