Baker Tilly merge Bromley offices
Accountants and advisory firm Baker Tilly has merged its Bromley offices with Miles & Partners LLP, in a move to strengthen its services.
Baker Tilly will buttress its client base through the merger, and hope to strengthen its provision to new and existing customers.
Miles & Partners founder, David Miles, will join Baker Tilly as an advisor on mid-market businesses on how to grow, their objectives, and general business issues, and will be joined by senior manager, Ashwin Shah.
Neil Thomas, Baker Tilly’s office managing partner in Bromley, said: “I’m absolutely delighted to welcome David to Baker Tilly. His experience will be of great benefit to new and existing clients.
“I’m very much looking forward to working with him to help further build Baker Tilly’s presence within the region.”
David Miles commented on the move: “We are all very excited about joining Baker Tilly. I am particularly looking forward to helping the firm strengthen its position as the region’s leading advisor to entrepreneurial businesses and the people behind them.
“From our perspective, it is a merger of two firms with very similar values and approaches to client service. All in all, a very positive move for our clients and staff.”
