Moore Blatch winners in Richmond Business Awards 2012
Leading law firm Moore Blatch has been announced as the winner of the Best Professional Practice category in the Richmond Business Awards 2012.
David Thompson, Managing Partner, said, “We are absolutely delighted to receive this award at such a prestigious event. We pride ourselves on acting with professionalism in every aspect of our practice, and to have that recognised in such a way is an honour.”
The Best Professional Practice category required evidence of reputation, professional standards, complaints procedures and codes of conduct, as well as fair fee charging, quality control of management systems and standards of communication.
Businesses from Richmond and Twickenham were invited to submit entries to the ten categories, all designed to highlight excellence in various aspects of business practice.
Moore Blatch also sponsored the Best Customer Service category of the awards, which was won by the Richmond Housing Partnership.
David continued, “Recent years have been difficult for some businesses, but there are still successes that should be recognised. From entrepreneurs and charities to large scale employers, all businesses have stories to tell, and by working with organisations like the Richmond Chamber of Commerce we can evolve together, enhancing our businesses and ensuring we provide the best possible range of services for our clients.”
Moore Blatch is a highly successful and ambitious law firm, and it was recently ranked 109thin the Lawyer UK 200 listings for 2012, climbing eight places on their previous ranking. The practice has a growing office in Richmond, where team numbers are increasing in order to continue supporting families and businesses across the region.
Guests enjoyed fine dining and live music at the Richmond Hill Hotel, as well as a speech from Zac Goldsmith MP, and the awards were presented by television presenters Lynn Faulds Wood and John Stapleton.
