The Interface Financial Group seeks North East franchisees

The Interface Financial Group (IFG) is offering entrepreneurs in the North East of England the opportunity to run their own successful franchise following a period of growth since it entered the UK market two years ago.

The Interface Financial Group (IFG), set up in North America almost 40 years ago to keep the wheels of the entrepreneurial industry turning, entered the UK market in 2010 and has since then revolutionised the way SMEs secure funding.

With 12 franchises already running successfully across England, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, IFG is now looking to expand into the North East and service small to medium enterprises in the region.

David Banfield, President of IFG, said: “The franchises have already proven to be extremely successful in the UK; and with a failure rate of almost zero, four decades of growth, and a one-time cost of just £25,000 we hope that entrepreneurs in the North East will be keen to invest.

“IFG has proven to be extremely popular as all franchisees are home-based and, as a result, avoid many of the over-head costs which often result from running a business. The nature of our organisation allows people to work as a sole trader and dictate their own workload.

“Although each franchisee has the freedom to take on as much or as little as they feel comfortable handling, the support does not end once the franchise is up and running. Each franchisee will receive extensive training and on-going support from our dedicated management team.

“People coming to us do not necessarily need experience in the finance sector, but we do have a list of skill sets that we find make our franchisees successful. Good customer relation skills are vital as we like to encourage repeat business whenever possible. Excellent decision making, problem solving and a good entrepreneurial outlook are also favourable.”

IFG is unique in that it offers a ‘use-it-as-you-need-it’ invoice discounting service for small businesses who often find it difficult to attract conventional funding from traditional financial sources. Its solution incorporates the necessary framework of invoice discounting transactions into simple and straightforward documentation. Interface has already become the largest alternative funding source for small to medium businesses in the USA.
