EU exit is "imaginable"

Last week, Bdaily heard from Vince Cable on why he thought an exit from the EU would be bad news for businesses.

The Financial Times reported that Cameron told MPs an EU exit was “imaginable”, however not his preference.

Does Cameron, or anyone in government, really have a clear vision on Europe? It seems most thinking is based on trial and error.
