Biochemica set to bolster brand with new appointment

Teesside-based water treatment specialist, Biochemica UK Ltd has bolstered its team with the appointment of Michelle Oliver as its Marketing and Business Development Officer.

Michelle, 28, brings almost five years of Public Relations experience to Biochemica, which provides a wide range of industries with a comprehensive package of bespoke water management solutions.

Biochemica, which recently took up new headquarters in Billingham to accommodate its increasing team and benefit from a larger warehouse facility, has enjoyed significant year-on-year growth since its conception in 2007. As part of the company’s ongoing expansion plans, Biochemica recognised the need to appoint a dedicated marketing professional.

Having worked at a North East PR agency since the start of her career, Michelle has serviced a diverse portfolio of B2B, consumer and not-for-profit clients. As such, Michelle is well placed to develop and implement Biochemica’s marketing strategy.

Commenting on her new role, Michelle said: “I’ve been lucky to join Biochemica at an exciting time - not only for the business, but the chemical industry as a whole as it continues to positively impact upon the UK economy.
