IiP Champion Success for Lowell Group
Investors in People Champions are a group of role model organisations that promote the framework and its benefits through best practice activity and the idg team would like to introduce a new member – Lowell Group!
With 600 employees, Lowell Group is a leading consumer debt management organisation that works with a clear vision to develop ‘better practices, better people and better systems to deliver better results’.
Following their successful application, Lowell Group now joins other Champions based across the North of England in promoting and supporting Investors in People through best practice activities.
In the run up to their own assessment for Investors in People Gold, Lowell Group received a great deal of support and assistance from other Champions who shared their experiences with them and supported their journey.
And so by achieving Champion status themselves, Lowell Group are aiming to do the same – sharing their experiences with other organisations, encouraging good practice across the region and supporting continuous improvement.
Celebrating their new role, Paul Addy, Head of HR and Development said:
“Lowell’s vision is to develop better people, better systems and better practices to deliver better results. Gaining Gold was a fantastic achievement which recognised the efforts that each and every team member makes every day to embed, live and breathe our people-centric culture.
“With our Champion status we hope to work with other companies and spread the word that people are the best asset of any organisation and that putting them at the forefront of driving your business forward, empowering decision-making and continuing to invest in and recognise your people is the best recipe for success.“
And so with that, a big welcome to Lowell Group! We are sure you will make a great Champion for the region.
