Bede Gaming Launch Game Changing IT Graduate Scheme

The Newcastle based gaming and software development company, Bede Gaming, has launched an exciting, new IT graduate scheme designed to attract and develop top, local talent in the software, gaming and web development space.

Working in the company’s impressive Gosforth based Head Offices and starting in March 2013, the successful applicants will complete four rotations over two years, gaining exposure to every aspect of the business from game and web development through to marketing and business development.

The scheme promises to be different to other IT and web development opportunities in the area as graduates will not only benefit from the variety of the four rotations, giving them a huge grounding in a range of web and software development technologies, but they will also spend time working on real life client driven projects as well as participating in training alongside experienced members of the team from day one.

The Bede Gaming Senior Management Team will also play a key role in the new programme to help ensure the graduates get full benefit from what is on offer.

Andy Thompson, HR Manager, said: ’Our new scheme has been designed to attract the highest calibre of graduates from the local Universities. We will give them as much as they give us from day one. For that reason, we’re looking for ambitious, hard working and talented graduates who will want to push the barriers of their performance and contribute to our ongoing future commercial success.“

With the application process now underway, applicants are encouraged to make their applications quickly to avoid disappointment.
