SureSet signs to use Dinamiks, the online employee
Market-leading permeable paving company SureSet UK Ltd is the latest in a string of new users of Dinamiks, the online employee performance management tool. The Warminster-based firm is to use Dinamiks with immediate effect after purchasing an annual licence.
Dinamiks will be utilised by SureSet to replace annual paper-based performance appraisals and roll out other performance-based initiatives.
Diane Crowther, Finance and HR Director, SureSet, explains why the manufacturer decided to go with the online, paperless approach. “We looked into employee performance systems while reviewing our HR procedures, because we knew that we tended to use our paper appraisal system just once a year.
“We felt that as a modern business we wanted to do much more with appraisals, and that an online system would provide greater flexibility, quick and easier input and near-instant analysis of the results.”
Crowther adds, “We researched suppliers and chose Dinamiks because we felt it provided the best value for money and the best feedback to our enquiries.
“SureSet will use Dinamiks to ensure that employees understand what is expected of them by setting clear targets for them within the system, updating when necessary, monitoring throughout the year and reviewing the targets at the end of 12 months,” she says. “We will use the job descriptions for each role to identify targets to be set.”
