Woking health property business makes acquisitions
Primary Health Properties PLC has acquired a three new medical centres, including one in Poole for £3.6m.
The Poole centre will house a GP surgery, a pharmacist and three retail units to be let to the Co-Operative for 20 years.
A further wholly owned subsidiary of PHP has entered into a purchase and funding agreement for the acquisition of a Somerset centre, in a deal worth approximately £1.825m.
PHP has acquired a newly incorporated single purpose company that has also entered into a purchase and funding agreement for a centre under construction in Worcester for roughly £4.475m.
