Victory Graphics completes management buy-in

A Harrogate-based management team headed by Karl Pampus has completed the management buy-in of Slough-based Victory Graphics Limited. Having headed up Kodak’s printing plate operations throughout Europe as well as manufacturing plants throughout the world, Mr Pampus brings significant industry expertise to the national supplier of services to the printing industry. The transaction was initiated by Mark Eardley of Langcliffe Merger Connect and Harrogate-based Raworths LLP provided legal advice to the management team.

Raworths’ Head of Corporate, Simon Morris, commented that the deal was indicative of an increasing trend that sees Harrogate as a fertile environment for bringing together entrepreneurs, corporate financiers and professional advisers to work on transactions throughout the UK and beyond.

Victory Graphics Limited is a leading provider of technical services to the printing industry and the transaction sees it ideally placed to build on its already strong market position.
