IiP Bronze for Your Move Chris Stonock

Your Move Chris Stonock has announced today that it has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People Bronze accreditation.

Ian Cavagan, Area Sales Director reacted to the award by stating “we are delighted to have been awarded Investors in People Bronze which recognises the skills and commitment of the staff to continuous improvement for both its customers and as a good place to work. As an organisation, we are committed to getting the best from and giving the best to our people as we know they underpin our success and the service we deliver to our customers.”

It’s only the third estate agency in the North East to receive such an honour and the only agent to be awarded the Bronze standard at first assessment.

Investors in People helps organisations to develop their employees, improve performance and realise objectives through effective people management. As an internationally recognised standard for good business practice, the framework also provides external accreditation to demonstrate how people-focused a business is, which in return can help to attract and retain employees.

A range of Your Move staff, including directors, sales consultants and apprentices were interviewed as part of the assessment about the company’s approach to staff development, leadership and management and employee engagement. As a result the company has been granted Investors in People Bronze status for three years.
