Becky Brown started off as an apprentice at Axis and has now worked with the company for over 2 years. Becky, 21, tells us “I expected my Apprenticeship to give me an idea of what sort of role I would want in the future, as the position involved learning Administration Skills, Sales and Customer Service. After my 1 year apprenticeship I was then promoted to my current position, Recruitment Consultant for the Cheshire area and I was over the moon as I really feel I can grow my career here!”

“Becky was the first Axis apprentice and as she impressed us so immensely, we wanted to offer her a full time position. Due to her success, we have implemented an Apprenticeship Scheme and have currently added two more to our team, Charlotte and Harry. Both are extremely promising and bright individuals that we are looking forward to training” – Glen Walsh Managing Director of Axis.
