CallPro CRM Integrates SYNETY's CloudCall to Boost Capabilities

SYNETY, the cloud telephony software and services specialist, has announced the integration of its CloudCall on-demand business telephony system with CallPro CRM, the hosted call-centric CRM suite.

With CloudCall, CallPro CRM users can now drive advanced telephony functions directly from the CallPro CRM browser, including click-to-dial and auto-dialling, integration of detailed call histories, and the ability to embed complete recordings of calls directly into customer records. According to CallPro CRM, this increases staff performance, enriches the CRM database with full details of voice conversations, and helps to build the most complete overview of interactions with customers.

These features can be delivered in addition to customers’ existing telephony arrangements on a per-user, per-month basis with no upfront costs. Companies using CallPro CRM can also benefit from CloudCall’s ultra-low costs for outbound calls of just 0.75p per minute for UK landline numbers and 2p per minute for UK mobiles, helping to deliver significant savings on communications costs.
