Time to join launch of international recruitment system

The region’s HR and recruitment experts still have to time to sign up to the launch of an innovative online profiling system which will help companies make the right recruitment decisions.

i3 Profiling was developed in South Africa by expert Keith Henderson, who initially utilised it as a tool to help married couples as part of relationship counselling, but quickly realised it could be adapted to help businesses.

Over the years the company has helped hundreds of organisations across the UK and South Africa and is now focussing on working with North East companies.

Next week (March 26) i3 will be hosting a launch event, which will look at the challenges and explore solutions to identifying talent, with recruiters and HR managers having the opportunity to experience an i3 assessment for themselves free of charge.

The Talent Management Seminar is being held at the MPH Conference Centre, Stonehills, Shields Road, Gateshead on March 26 between 8am and 11am and includes time for networking.

Around 80 people have already confirmed their attendance but the organisers have extended the invitation for anyone who hasn’t already signed up to come along.

i3 recruit identifies people by their unique traits and productive environment so giving a very insightful picture of the individual and their suitability for a particular role.

The new i3 recruit process is accessed via the i3 profiling website giving companies a straight forward and cost effective facility to generate one page bespoke role profiles and candidate reports as part of a thorough recruitment process.

The i3 directors believe using this tool could save companies hundreds of thousands of pounds in time and money that might be wasted on recruitment mistakes.

Anyone wanting to attend the free event should email susanne@i3profiling.com. Further information is also available from the website at www.i3profiling.com
