Osborne's Help to Buy: will it work?

Now that the dust has settled on this Budget, one of Osborne’s standout measures - the Help to Buy scheme - is beginning to garner some mixed response.

With some £130bn available for loans, some critics have argued it could further inflate the housing bubble; and unintentionally benefit affluent buyers. What do Bdaily readers think. Let me know your views in the comments below.
