Slater Heelis acquire Manchester law firm
Sale-based LLP, Slater Heelis, has acquired personal injury claim firm, Tarran & Co. which is based in Manchester.
The acquired law firm has a team of six partners who will join Slater Heelis as Fixed Share Members.
This latest deal is part of a continued growth strategy employed by Slater Heelis, who have also recently completed a series of new appointments.
Senior appointments in the family law team this year have made it the largest in South Manchester, with three new members brought into the commercial property and dispute resolution team and the recruitment of a new marketing manager.
Chris Bishop, partner at Slater Heelis LLP, said: “Tarran & Co has had a sterling reputation in Personal Injury for more than 20 years and bringing their expert team into the firm is a real coup for us.
“We are continuing to grow and strengthen all our practice areas and this acquisition came just at the right time for us.”
