Tim Kelly named Chairman at The Advocate Group

The Advocate Group is delighted to announce Tim Kelly as their new Chairman, further establishing the company’s wide range of senior management expertise. By joining the recruitment consultancy, Tim is contributing his notable experience gained from working for some of the largest brands within the FMCG sector.

The Advocate Group is a specialist Search & Selection recruitment consultancy offering bespoke services to its clients. With industry expert consultants specialising in sectors such as FMCG, Consumer Durables & Manufacturing, Tim Kelly is an invaluable addition to the leadership team.

Originally formed under the Axis Associate Consultants Group, the organisation has thrived from day one enabling extensive growth and key client wins. Founders Chris Dickenson and Glen Walsh felt that this progression called for the formation of a new company, The Advocate Group. The company name encapsulates their vision of providing a true partnership and full representation to their client base.

Tim Kelly has held key leadership roles within the FMCG sector including COO at Premier Foods, President GBIC at Diageo USA, Marketing Director at Diageo Ireland and Marketing Director at Coca Cola/Schweppes. From working for these top companies, Tim knows all too well that it is the people that make a business, and how finding the right recruitment partner is key.
