ServiceSource announces new appointment to boost UK growth

ServiceSource®, the global leader in Recurring Revenue Management, has appointed Mark Dillon as its Sales Centre head for Liverpool. Dillon will manage the day-to-day operations of the Liverpool centre, which serves global technology leaders including F5, Mitel and Red Hat.

Dillon will continue to generate high levels of renewal and service revenue for ServiceSource’s clients through deployments of Renew OnDemand, the only cloud application built specifically to increase recurring revenue, and industry leading managed services. Under Dillon’s leadership, the Liverpool centre, which currently employs 180 people, plans to grow by 40 percent by the end of the year.

Commenting on his appointment, Dillon said, “The vision is to make Liverpool an even more effective centre by harnessing the power of our people. We have a highly skilled and committed workforce of technology sales professionals who drive outstanding renewals sales results for our customers. We have seen tremendous growth in Liverpool and want this to be the number one place to work for technology salespeople. Our aim is to be the employer of choice in the region, bar none.”

Dillon has been with ServiceSource for three years, joining in July 2010 as a Client Delivery Director. In 2012, Dillon was appointed Vice President of Enterprise Accounts, to manage and grow the marquee enterprise customers for ServiceSource, EMEA.

Dillon has over fifteen years of experience in cultivating and managing client relationships. He has worked with several global brands including Motorola, DHL and Avaya. He has international experience in client delivery from working in the USA and Saudi Arabia, and has a strong record of driving consistent sales achievement across multiple client teams.
