Zeel lands major award for its ‘innovative’ solutions

A leading solutions provider to the recruitment sector has capped a record year by landing a major business award.

Zeel Solutions, a specialist in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), vendor managed services and Travel and Subsistence (T&S), beat off competition from across the West Midlands to land the ‘Express and Star’ Innovation Award.

Judges highlighted the company’s suite of technology platforms for praise after they were impressed with its ability to revolutionise the way recruitment agencies are effectively supplying temporary staff.

Zeel’s ‘Zrecruiter’ and “Ztravelplus’ solutions are currently in use across 15 sectors and are saving clients hundreds of thousands of pounds every year.

Rav Cheema, Managing Director, picked up the story:

Employing 24 people at its Wolverhampton headquarters, Zeel’s most successful platform is ‘Zrecruiter’, which offers a true end-to-end recruitment process for corporate HR departments and RPO markets.

Its feature-rich functionality allows the client to manage the full recruitment process from vacancies and electronic timesheets through to invoices and self-billing.

As a result of using Zrecruiter, its customers have been able to secure multi-million pound managed service contracts with blue chip organisations involved in distribution, logistics, retail and, most recently, the NHS and healthcare.

Rav went on to add: “Our first solution convinced the marketplace that we could take time and cost out of the equation, whilst using technology to ensure greater accuracy.

“Like all great innovators, we wanted to look at other areas we could address and we quickly recognised the need to develop a solution for Travel and Subsistence (T&S) in the form of ‘Ztravelplus’.

“This platform works alongside and integrates with existing payroll systems, calculating all expenses and, importantly, providing real-time compliance checks within minutes.

He concluded: “This gives agencies the chance to offer T&S directly to temporary employees, knowing full well they are 100% compliant, with customers already reporting significant operational savings.”

Zeel Solutions is the only recruitment business of its type to hold the ISAE 3402 international accreditation for its operations and services.

This has helped it build on its domestic success by targeting overseas markets including potential agreements with clients across Asia and Europe.
