Following a rigorous assessment that included interviews with a random selection of staff from all levels right across the company, Gopher Money now joins the top 3.5% of Investors in People organisations across the UK who have achieved the Gold Standard.

Investors in People describes Gold achievement as world-class best practice. It shows Gopher Money is a truly cutting-edge organisation operating at the very highest levels of people management practice, using the Investors in People framework to drive the organisation forward. The Gold standard is only given to organisations who can demonstrate excellence in developing and supporting their staff.
