Leading law firm promotes talented staff
One of Yorkshire’s largest law firms, hlw Keeble Hawson has announced a raft of internal promotions to further strengthen the commercial and private client teams at its Sheffield office.
The firm, which also has offices in Leeds and Doncaster, has appointed two new partners and two new associates from within its ranks.
Commercial property specialist Craig Law and clinical negligence solicitor Georgina Peckett have both been made partners.
Craig’s area of expertise covers commercial property acquisitions and disposals, secured lending, landlord and tenant work and residential investment portfolios.
Georgina’s work in the field of healthcare covers failures in duty of care caused by incorrect diagnosis, negligent treatment or surgery.
Susan Martin who leads the residential property team and Kelly Wharin, a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer, have been made associates.
Managing partner Paul Trudgill commented: “These four promotions are in line with the firm’s policy to recognise and reward the talent and commitment which they have demonstrated. I wish all four of them much success and satisfaction as they take on the diverse range of client work their expertise attracts.”
