Helping Us to Improve: Weetwood Hall's IiP Story
‘Challenging’, ‘reflective’ and ‘constructive’ are just a few of the words Weetwood Hall Conference Centre and Hotel in Leeds has used to describe their experiences of Investors in People in a new case study released today.
First achieving IiP in 2001 and now the only hotel based in Yorkshire to hold IiP Gold, they have shared their experiences of working with the framework – highlighting how Investors in People has helped them to continuously improve and achieve excellence.
“Investors in People helps us to continuously improve, offering us external recognition of the practices we have in place – and all based on the feedback of Weetwood Hall team members.
“Embrace Investors in People and don’t be defensive of the feedback – it will help you to measure your performance and practices to push your organisation forward.“
