m-hance receives 3,000 applications for 2013 graduate scheme

m-hance, a fast-growing business software solutions provider, has received a record number of applications to join its 2013 graduate recruitment scheme. m-hance’s graduate programme, developed in partnership with specialist recruitment firm Discovery Graduates, has attracted over 3,000 job applications for just six positions, more than double the number of applicants it enticed to its inaugural graduate scheme in 2012. The graduate roles will be based at m-hance’s headquarters in Stockport from September 2013.

The successful candidates will be given permanent placements in five business areas including product development, consulting, pre-sales, marketing and public relations. The marketing roles have proven to be particularly popular following the company achieving recognition at this year’s CIM Marketing Excellence Awards. In addition to being given permanent full-time paid positions, m-hance graduates will also receive ongoing development through Discovery’s OPEN programme and have the opportunity to study for a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Development, Leadership and Organisational Change.
