Biochemica encourages customer feedback with 2013 satisfaction survey
As part of its commitment to providing high quality services, products and support to its UK-wide client base, water management expert Biochemica UK Ltd has released its annual Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Issued to each of the water treatment firm’s clients, the Biochemica Customer Satisfaction Survey aims to gather feedback on performance as a means to determine opportunities to enhance the overall customer experience. The survey forms part of Biochemica’s Quality Assurance System, which is accredited by the ISO9001 standard and adheres to continuous improvement processes.
Biochemica’s Quality Manager, Andrea Linton-Lennon is overseeing the Customer Satisfaction Survey project. She commented: “Biochemica’s client base spans the entire water management arena with key service areas including Legionella compliance, boiler water treatment, cooling water treatment, closed loop systems and engineering solutions as well as the supply of specialist water treatment chemicals such as polymer products, nutrients, antifoams and many more.
“With such a broad offering, it is crucial that we ascertain how our customers in each of these areas perceive the level of service and quality of products we deliver. The results will ultimately structure our improvement programme for the year ahead so the process is incredibly important in assisting the progression of the company and our employees.”
