Award win is a good deal for Knight Frank
The Sheffield office of Knight Frank is celebrating after winning a major national property award.
Rebecca Schofield, partner with the Sheffield office of Knight Frank, took the Most Active Deal Maker title for South and East Yorkshire in the recent EGi Deal Competition 2013.
The competition is an independent survey conducted by the Estates Gazette research team covering commercial property transactions.
It highlights the agents completing the largest number of deals, across all sectors including office, industrial and retail, between May 2012 and April this year.
Rebecca said: “This is testament to another year of hard work by the team at the Sheffield office and recognises our extensive coverage across the South and East Yorkshire regions.”
Rebecca beat off competition from agents at LSH and PPH to take the title. Knight Frank has also been ranked second in the overall top three winners of the competition for the last two years.
Knight Frank successes during 2012 included the S2S Electronics Ltd relocating from Sheffield to Dearne Valley after a deal that saw them take a ten-year lease on a 44,811 sq ft unit at Brookfields Park.
The team also oversaw Pipeworks Supplies’ move to a 4,000 sq ft unit and GB Eye taking 12,000 sq ft new facility, both at the city’s Parkwood Industrial Estate.
