The Big Bang Project joins Hunter Wolff
Ilkley-based business performance improvement specialist and accredited executive coaching academy, The Big Bang Project, has been incorporated into the newly formed Hunter Wolff Partnership, which works out of The Round Foundry, Leeds.
According to TBBP founder, Steven Street, the deal is designed to bring to market what the new group claims is a unique integrated strategic talent management and development offering where it is able to source the best players for any given role. This is based on the twin premises of impeccable contacts with the UK’s highest performing businesses and that top people rarely have to advertise themselves on the open market.
He said: “With this move, we can now provide a ‘whole of business cycle’ support - from modest start up to PLC - and Hunter Wolff is presenting clients with an imaginative suite of services that are designed specifically to enhance the capabilities and maximize the contribution of existing staff; identify and secure the best current and emerging talent; and partner owner managers, investors and executives to realise optimal growth and value.”
“The Hunter Wolff business growth team has a wealth of experience; know-how, skills and capability that are already helping a diverse range of client businesses drive expansion and increase value through targeted support programmes and positive interventions.”
Among an a la carte menu of options are, strategic talent management; growth accelerator programme; accredited leadership and management training; executive coaching and director development; peer to peer coaching; virtual NED (non-executive director); and confidential mentorship.
Steven Street was a co-founder of leading Yorkshire independent agency, Relay Recruitment, which grew year-on-year by adopting an atypical approach. The consultancy put the emphasis on high quality candidates and returns on investment, while most competed purely by slashing fees.
Relay was sold to Rotherham-headquartered national player, Stafforce, in 2011 and Street went on to serve on the main board.
