‘Angels of the North’ join energy advice firm

Energy efficiency specialist Best4eco Renewables has made two key appointments to bring the green message to homes across the North East.

Miss Scotland finalist Louise Brown and Eloise Ramsey – a matchday hostess at Newcastle United’s St James’ Park – will head business development and client relations at the Birtley-based business.

Best4eco provides insulation and energy efficiency advice and services to homes across the region and is about to embark on an ambitious project to establish itself as the North East’s leading Green Deal installer.

Owners hope the appointments of Louise and Eloise will bring a fresh and friendly face to a traditionally male industry. The pair will be based at Best4eco’s two bases in Gateshead and Darlington.

Louise, 21, and originally from Glasgow, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for us both and we’re very excited.

“It’s completely different to what I have done in the past as so much as that has been around dance, choreography and modelling.

“But we’re two girls who bring a fresh perspective to the business, bags of enthusiasm and a desire to learn and progress.”

Eloise, also 21 and a former pupil of Ponteland and Gosforth High Schools, added: “It’s great that the management team have put their faith in us to help take the business to the next level.

“We’re both very customer-focused and I have a lot of experience working in different office environments so this is the ideal opportunity for us to stamp our identity on Best4 Eco and make it a big success.”

Eloise, who still occasionally hosts corporate hospitality boxes at St James Park, has several years’ experience working in business administration, accounts and HR at North East firms.

Louise is a successful model who finished runner-up in this year’s Miss Scotland final and has modelled for hair, fashion and beauty companies across the country.

She has also taught dance for several years and performed and choreographed the X-Factor finalists’ tour.

Best4eco Renewables is dedicated to providing a variety of services ranging from the installation of solar panels to insulation services and draught proofing in homes across the North East.
