New offices for expanding Liverpool law firm
Personal injury solicitors Hampson Hughes is to move its offices to Liverpool’s Albert Dock, as the firm gears up to expand.
The no-win, no-fee firm will take the top two floors comprising 34,512 sq ft in the Grade I listed Edward Pavilion, moving from its current office at the Cotton Exchange on Old Hall Street.
John Hughes, Hampson Hughes joint managing director, said: “The Edward Pavilion is an iconic building with stunning views across the Albert Dock and Mersey waterfront. We chose it because it can accommodate our ambitious growth plans but also because it is steeped in history and we hope it will be our home for many years to come.”
Hampson Hughes Solicitors will move to Arrowcroft’s Edward Pavilion in September.
The firm was founded in 2009 by joint managing partners Paul Hampson and John Hughes, beginning as a personal injury law firm, focused on offering a claimant law service to people mainly affected by non-fault road traffic accidents.
Now, less than four years later, it has become one of the fastest growing multi discipline providers of legal services in the country.
Hampson Hughes has recruited extra staff in recent months and has reached maximum capacity at its present premises. Now it wants to secure sufficient room to grow in a suitably prestigious location.
Paul Hampson, joint managing director, said: “We have come a long way from a two-man office in Woolton Village to a 270-strong team in the heart of the city centre.”
